Welcome to 11:1 Leadership!
We are developing a future where emerging ministry leaders are deeply formed through intentional mentorship, relational investment, and shared experiences with high-capacity trusted leaders in the Church.
Our name and core conviction of how we are developing the next generation of ministry leaders through mentorship and experiences comes from 1 Corinthians 11:1 where Paul writes: “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.”
Mentoring
Developing the next generation of ministry leaders through Mentoring
Personalized Mentoring from a high-capacity leader
Each of our Mentorship Cohorts pair a growing ministry leader with a Pastor who is leading in a church of 750+ who will mentor and invest a year into that mentee’s growth and development.
Mentorship tailored to accelerate growth
Each mentee will recieve a year of mentorship through 12 monthly online coaching calls, teaching from world class leaders through reading, real-time feedback, encouragement and prayer from their mentor and peers.
Cohorts that focus on specific growth areas
Invest a year growing in a specific area. We currently offer cohorts focused on Communication and Leadership. Executive Pastor, Worship Leader, and more cohorts are in development as well.

Experiences
Personalized Experiences from a high-capacity leaders
Each of our Mentorship Experiences pair a growing ministry leader with at least one Pastor who is leading in a church of 750+ who invests concentrated unrushed time (2-5 full days) into that mentee’s growth and development.
A different way to invest in your growth
Most leaders don’t want to jump on another zoom call. What their soul is craving is face to face relationship in beautiful scenery with other like-minded leaders who can help them grow. God meets us in these retreat style experiences and we grow closer to Him and grow into our God-given potential.
Learning and Laughter
Each of our experiences is intentionally designed to include structured conversations, reflection, prayer, and communion. At the same time, we recognize that unstructured moments are just as valuable. Shared activities, relaxed conversations, and informal time together often become the places where relationships deepen and lasting connections are formed.
