We exist to develop the next generation of ministry leaders through mentorship and experiences.

We believe the best way to develop the next generation of ministry leaders is to surround them with the best and brightest leaders of today in mentoring relationships and shared experiences. Through mentorships, they can follow the example of their mentor pastor over a full year of leading alongside one another.

Each of our Mentorship Cohorts pair a growing ministry leader with a Pastor who is further down the road in their leadership and experience who will mentor and invest a year into that mentee’s growth and development. Our Leadership Cohort is our flagship cohort, but more are avalible and in development.

The Leadership Cohorts are for those who desire to grow their capacity as a leader, to grow in their character, self-leadership, vision, relational influence, and multiplication of more leaders.

Join one facilitator and a few peers and receive:

• 12 monthly online coaching calls
• A year of mentorship from a high-capacity leader
• A deep dive in leadership from a world class proven leader – John Maxwell
• Real-Time feedback on your current leadership
• Encouragement, prayer, ideas, and feedback from peers

Each month, you will:

• Engage in a mentorship and coaching conversations about the leadership issues you are facing right now
• Converse about the assigned reading (John Maxwell) 
• Receive personal care and encouragement
• Pray together

After completing a year in the Leadership Cohort, you will:

• Lead with more confidence towards a clear vision of the future
• Have developed your own character to make you a leader worth following
• Know how to identify which priorities are actually worthy of your time and have a road map for how to address them effectively
• Be equipped with the tools to help those under you grow in their own leadership
• Know how to create positive change and solve complex organizational problems
• You will also have been spiritually encouraged, prayed for, and mentored throughout the year.
