We exist to develop the next generation of ministry leaders through mentorship and experiences.

We believe the best way to develop the next generation of ministry leaders is to surround them with the best and brightest leaders of today in mentoring relationships and shared experiences. Through mentorships, they can follow the example of their mentor pastor over a full year of leading alongside one another.

Each of our Mentorship Cohorts pair a growing ministry leader with a Pastor who is leading their own church of 750+ who will mentor and invest a year into that mentee’s growth and development. Currently we have a Communication Cohort and a Leadership Cohort, with more to come in the future.

The Communication Cohorts are for those who desire to grow in honing their craft of preaching, to become a more engaging, confident, and effective communicator.

The Leadership Cohorts are for those who desire to grow their capacity as a leader, to grow in their character, self-leadership, vision, relational influence, and multiplication of more leaders.

Join one facilitator and a few peers and receive:

• 12 monthly online coaching calls
• A year of mentorship from a high-capacity leader
• Teaching from world class proven communicators – John Maxwell and Andy Stanley
• Real-Time feedback on your sermons
• Encouragement, prayer, and feedback from peers

Each month, you will:

• Receive personal care and encouragement
• Review the previous month’s goals
• Engage in a mentorship and coaching conversation
• Converse about the assigned reading (John Maxwell or Andy Stanley)
• Goal setting for the following month 
• Pray together

After completing a year in the Communication Cohort, you will:

• Structure and shape your message in a way that lands with more impact leading to more life-change within your church.
• Preach your messages with more conviction and confidence.
• Preach more from the heart and less from your notes.
• Communicate effectively using the fine-tuned skills of the best public speakers.
• You will also have been spiritually encouraged, prayed for, and mentored throughout the year.

• Converse about the assigned reading (John Maxwell) 
• Receive personal care and encouragement
• Pray together

After completing a year in the Leadership Cohort, you will:

• Lead with more confidence towards a clear vision of the future
• Have developed your own character to make you a leader worth following
• Know how to identify which priorities are actually worthy of your time and have a road map for how to address them effectively
• Be equipped with the tools to help those under you grow in their own leadership
• Know how to create positive change and solve complex organizational problems
• You will also have been spiritually encouraged, prayed for, and mentored throughout the year.
